52 % of Americans disapprove of the management of the country’s president, Donald Trump, in the White House, while 48 % approved it, a SSRS company survey published by the CNN chain revealed this Sunday.

This division is explained because Trump is very popular among Republican citizens, where he achieves an approval of 90 %, and very unpopular among the Democrats, where he reaps a disapproval of 90 %.

Among the independents, the president has a disapproval of 59 % and an approval of 41 %.

The result of the survey, carried out on the occasion of the speech that Trump will give on Tuesday to the two cameras of the Congress, is similar to another carried out in mid -February that showed a disapproval of 52 % and an approval of 47 %.

The current Trump support index is greater than the one in February 2017, when he gave his first speech before Congress (44 % approval and 53 % disapproval).

The Republican ended his first mandate in January 2021 with a disapproval of 62 % and an approval of 34 %.

The new survey was carried out before the unpublished confrontation that Trump starred on Friday with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodimir Zelenski, in front of television cameras in the Oval Office.

Specifically, it was carried out between February 24 and 28 with a sample of 2,212 people, a 2.4 -point error margin and a 95 %confidence level.
