Formula E is already preparing for its Season 12, which will start on December 6 in Sao Paulo (Brazil), in the first of the 12 rounds – the largest calendar in the history of the competition – which will include new venues in Madrid – Jarama Circuit – and Miami, in addition to the return to Berlin, Tokyo and Shanghai. The last test, again in London (August 15 and 16, 2026).
Before, the teams will complete the preseason tests at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Cheste (Valencia), from October 27 to 30. All 20 drivers from the ten teams that make up the grid for 2026 will participate, with five still to be confirmed.
After these tests, the FE will carry out for the second consecutive year – in 2024 it had to move to Jarama for the dana in the Valencian Community – an exclusive day for women, with 20 drivers who will enjoy a full day on the track, with the objective of the championship to give more opportunities to women and that in the near future they can settle on the usual grid of a season.
In addition, during these days the ‘FIA Girls on Track’ program will be developed, with activities for a hundred young people from the Valencian Community. This initiative will offer workshops, visits and meetings with drivers and teams, in order to bring motorsports closer to new generations of female drivers.
