75% collection for inspection of great taxpayers: SAT
In the first quarter, the collection of large taxpayers grew 74.7% real to 177,208 million pesos compared to the same period last year, the Tax Administration Service (SAT) reported.
Through a statement, the agency explained that in the period it achieved the total or partial regularization of 148 large companies.
He indicated that the main sectors in which surveillance focused were: hydrocarbons, financial sector, professional services, mining and manufacturing industries.
“The control actions help to identify in real time evasive behaviors of the sectors of greatest risk, as well as to combat smuggling and tax fraud,” he said.
