Mexico City, (Reuters) .- América Móvil reported that it will restructure its operations in Chile after taking full control clearvtr through the execution of its option to buy such titles.
América Móvil and Liberty Latin America announced in 2021 the launch of the Chilean joint company, which fuses Claro Chile of America Mobile and VTR de Liberty to form Clarovtr. América Móvil acquired 91% of the company last year.

He now has the total control of Clarovtr after exercising a purchase option on the remaining shares, América Móvil reported in a statement.
