The Jaguar Negro and Tigre Blanco Foundation did not have the necessary permits issued by the General Directorate of Wildlife of the Semarnat, to market specimens of wildlife, much less with the consent of the Profepa’s depositaries to dispose of the products of the specimens that were insured, warns the criminal complaint filed before the FGR.
