Manhattan’s luxury market raked in signed contracts last week despite the Easter and Passover holidays.

Buyers inked deals for 33 homes in the borough asking $4 million or more between April 14 and April 20, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly report. The total was up from 29 properties in the previous period.

A condo at Aurora Capital Associates’ 140 Jane Street was the priciest home to land a buyer. The developer raised the asking price of the 4,600-square-foot abode from $19.35 million when the building began marketing in September to just under $20 million.

Unit 2N has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also features a conservatory, a Juliet balcony and views of the Hudson River.

Corcoran’s Tara King-Brown is heading sales at the building, where 10 of its 14 units have sold for an average asking price of $5,300 per square foot. Its amenities include a doorman, automated parking garage, fitness center and lap pool.

Earlier this month, the developer announced that the building’s crown jewel penthouse would soon hit the market for $88 million, which would set a new record for Downtown Manhattan if the apartment closes for that price. Two other penthouses in the building, each asking over $40 million, have already found buyers.

The second most expensive pending deal was for 280 West 11th Street. The 26-foot-wide townhouse hit the market in September asking $18 million and has since been reduced for $14 million.

The 8,000-square-foot home, built in 1818, is divided into five apartments. It features eight fireplaces throughout the units and is one of 14 properties with access to Bleeker Gardens.

Brown Harris Stevens’ David Kornmeier had the listing.

Of the 33 properties, 19 were condos, nine were co-ops, two were condops and three were townhouses.

The homes’ combined asking price was $232 million, for an average price of $7 million and a median of $6.4 million. The typical home spent more than 500 days on the market and was discounted 9 percent from the original listing price.

The priciest homes to hit the market last week were a penthouse at the Millennium Tower in Lincoln Square and a three-bedroom condo on Billionaires’ Row, according to the Eklund-Gomes Team’s weekly report. Unit PH3B at 101 West 67th Street is asking $27.5 million, and Unit 66B at 157 West 57th Street is asking $26 million.
