The National Customs Agency of Mexico (ANAM) He made a historical confiscation for more than 300 million pesos of Chinese merchandise, which sought to enter the customs of Pantaco, located in Mexico City.

“Illegal products, among which speakers, electric skates, motorcycle-scooters, bicycles, drills, hydraulic cats, toys, backpacks, clothing and executive chairs” coming from China, ”said the agency directed by Rafael Marín Mollinedo.

Pantaco Customs is one of the main entrance and merchandise doors to the Valley of Mexico.

Chinese merchandise was transported in 33 containers, which makes it one of the most significant recent seizures in the fight against smuggling and trade in illegal goods in Mexico, Anam said.

“These actions reflect the permanent commitment of the ANAM to supervise the entry of goods that fully comply with the applicable standards and regulations determined in Mexican regulations,” he said.
