Grupo Financiero Banorte reported that the competition regulator authorized the sale of its digital bank Bineo to Clearscope Holdings, a subsidiary of Klar Holdings.
He explained that on Monday he was notified of the resolution of the National Antitrust Commission authorizing the operation announced at the beginning of September.

“It is important to highlight that the consummation of the operation continues subject to compliance with various closing conditions, including, without limitation, obtaining authorizations from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the National Banking and Securities Commission, considering the opinion of Banco de México, respectively,” he added in a statement sent to the Mexican Stock Exchange.
