In this case, crimes are: guilty injuries, guilty homicide and damage to guilty property, so various exits are established such as the repair agreement, said the official.
He emphasized that before carrying out the possible complaints, the victims must know all the possible alternatives and subsequently, with the advice of the FGJCDMX, the process requested by those affected will be carried out.

I report that, after the accident, 42 interviews were carried out and with it the necessary elements were achieved to continue the investigation.
He stressed that the FGJCDMX is still searching for all involved to obtain their statement and provide legal advice.
“We have asked that the only channel with the FGJCDMX be respected so that families obtain legal advice,” said the official.
He added that Silza has shown a willingness to repair all damage, as it has four current insurance policies.
“The company has already appeared before the Public Ministry and expressed its willingness to cover the economic amount for the damages according to law, therefore, we have not received complaints as such relatives,” Bertha Mayor concluded.
