What to expect at the new Chase Sapphire Lounges

Phoenix Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club

The Phoenix Sky Harbor Sapphire Lounge by The Club is located in Terminal 4 South 1 Concourse. It’s open from 4:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.

At roughly 3,500 square feet, the Phoenix outpost is one of the smaller locations in the Sapphire Lounge network. However, it’s still a stunning space with many of the premium features Sapphire Lounges are known for. It features an indoor patio overlooking the terminal with an Airstream food truck serving a menu by Phoenix restaurant, the larder & the delta. Guests can also enjoy craft cocktails at the bar, enjoy a wine list curated by Parcelle and coffee from the Arizona-based Press Coffee.

To celebrate the opening, visiting Sapphire Reserve cardholders can receive complimentary custom-designed luggage tags, made in collaboration with the sustainable luggage company Solgaard.

San Diego Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club

The Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at San Diego International Airport is scheduled to open on Dec. 6, 2024, and will be located in Terminal 2. The ambiance will lean into the San Diego beach vibe with local artwork and a digital wall displaying footage of the coastline.

This 10,000-square-foot location will feature just about everything you’d need to relax before a flight. The food offerings feature local selections from Oscars Mexican Seafood and Groundwork Coffee and will include a wine list curated by Parcelle. Similar to the LaGuardia lounge, there will be a wellness area where you can reserve a private rest pod or get a facial.

Chase Sapphire Lounge locations

With these openings, there are now six Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club locations:

  • Boston-Logan International Airport (BOS)
  • Hong Kong International Airport (HKG)
  • New York – LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
  • New York – John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK)
  • Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)
  • San Diego International Airport (SAN)

While not branded as a full-fledged Sapphire Lounge, Chase also manages and operates The Etihad Lounge at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), which follows the same access rules.

Chase also has several other lounges in the works, including locations at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) opening in early 2025, Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in mid-2025 and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to follow. Additionally, Sapphire Reserve cardholders can now access more than 20 select Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges and Air Canada Cafés when traveling on a departing or connecting Star Alliance airline flight.
