Colorado high school shooter dies from self -inflicted wounds

A suspicious man of a shooting that wounded two teammates from a high school near Denver died of self -inflicted wounds hours after Wednesday’s attack, a police officer said.

Jacki Kelley, spokesman for the Sheriff’s office of Jefferson County, said the suspect was one of the three students hospitalized with gunshot wounds after the shooting in Evergreen High School. The shooter shot with a gun inside and outside school, Kelley said.

Dr. Brian Blackwood, trauma chief of the Commonspirit St. Anthony hospital, said one of the injured had critical injuries and the other injuries that did not endanger his life.
