The first room of the Supreme Court left firm the civil sentence imposed on producer Luis de Llano derived from the auto -effective relationship that he had with Sasha Sokol, when he was 14 years old and he 39, more than 30 years ago, according to a note of the Millennium website.
Unanimously, the First Chamber endorsed the project of Minister Jorge Mario Pardo Rebolledo, who proposed to deny the protection to the producer.
According to Milenio’s note, Llano sought to knock down the conviction issued against him by the seventh Civil Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City in September 2023, which ordered him to repair the damage, offer a public apology, take a specialized course in prevention of sexual abuse behaviors and never mention the artist and much less the matter.

After the decision, Sasha Sokol presented on social networks that the sentence transcends its case, and opens the civil trial for other victims, since the First Chamber declared the imprescriptibility of civil action in cases of sexual abuse of minors.
“From now on, when they are ready, each victim can access justice and the truth,” he said on Network X.
He added that at age 14 he had no tools to understand what was happening, much less to defend himself.
“Luis’s abuse also happened when manipulating the truth with false statements such as my parents agreed, or even lying to the court by stating that the relationship had only existed ‘in the mind of a fantasy girl,” he said.
“That is why justice has condemned him for continuous abuse; from sexual relationship to moral damage that violated my dignity, physical integrity, intimacy and honor, he added.
He argued that bringing the issue to this level returned the ability to action.
“Today I have in my hands the reins of my life and I can take care of myself. Stabilizing the truth is the principle of repair,” he concluded.
