The Tenth Collegiate Court in Administrative Matters of the First Circuit decided that TV Azteca must pay a debt of 3,527 million pesos to the Tax Administration Service (SAT) for the omission in the payment of the Income Tax, which corresponds to the 2009 year.

The sentence in favor of the tax authority was decided in the July 8 session, with two votes in favor and one against.

The company of Ricardo Salinas Pliego can file the review of the resolution before a third instance, in this case the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN).
