Deutsche Bank believes that Shake Shack offers investors an attractive entry point at its current levels. The bank upgraded the fast-casual burger chain to buy from hold, despite lowering its price target to $105 from $115. This revised price forecast still implies an upside of 26% from where shares closed on Monday. Analyst Lauren Silberman said that the stock offers an attractive valuation given its growth potential, alongside a compelling catalyst path in the first half of the year. She also noted that the stock could be a beneficiary of the upcoming World Cup, which will be held in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. Meanwhile, another tailwind comes from Shake Shack’s launch of its first-ever loyalty program. The company’s 2026 restaurant margin expectations seem achievable and still leave likely room for upside, Silverman noted. “Our updated price target is now $105 (from $115), which implies a ~17x EV/EBITDA multiple, though we see room for expansion as the environment improves and confidence builds in SHAK’s ability to deliver sustainably positive SSS,” she added.
