Disney+ announced on Wednesday the return of ‘Camp Rock 3’, one of his most famous original films in the franchise with the brothers Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas retaking his papers, while the star Demi Lovato will not appear on the screen but will be an executive producer.
The online content platform reported the return of the Jonas Brothers such as Shane (Joe), Nate (Nick) and Jason Gray (Kevin) and Maria Canals-Barrera in her role as Michi Torres’s mother (Lovato), protagonist of the first two installments.

To the cast are added new campers, such as the bold and determined Sage (Liamani Segura) and his brother Desi (Hudson Stone), the prodigy of the rosie cell Jean) and the bad boy from the Fletch camp (Malachi Barton), Disney said in a statement.
The story takes up when Connect 3, the popular band of Shane, Nate and Jason, loses its performance as openings of an important tour and return to Camp Rock to discover the next great promise of music.
While campers compete for the opportunity to open the concert of their favorite band, the tension increases and friendships are tested, according to the synopsis.
The film, which is already in production, still has no release date.
The Camp Rock phenomenon, which began in 2008 and extended with the second film ‘Camp Rock: The Final Jam’ in 2010, is among the 10 best Disney Channel films of all time.
“‘Camp Rock’ is an important part of the legacy of the original Disney Channel films, with unforgettable music, a vibrant narrative and characters that last in the heart of the fans until today,” Disney Branded Television president, Ayo Davis, said in the letter.
“Relising it with Kevin, Joe, Nick and Demi is a key moment, and we are eager to present this world to a new generation,” he said.
