In the midst of the crisis for the blackout in Spain, the Eurodiputa Alvise Pérez linked the collapse to an alleged deliberate plan to control the population.

In a video broadcast on social networks, Pérez said that the blackout “is not a coincidence or thing of the weather, as some media say,” but supposedly, it would be “a warning, a perverse experiment” to force citizens to accept the digital euro and renounce cash.

In his words, this collapse would be part of a scheme for the Spaniards to “deliver their economic freedom in exchange for a false sense of security.”

Pérez, known for his controversial positions, said the blackout would have exposed the vulnerability of a technology -dependent system and criticized the Government for not immediately activating the National Emergency Plan 3 or a single military command.

In addition, he suggested that the country could be being the victim of a “European blackmail” to justify a war led by Ursula von der Leyen, president of the European Commission, or even an act of “cyber -cyberterrorism”, citing alleged evidence of the National Intelligence Center (CNI).

The Eurodiput also took the opportunity to demand that the use of cash be a “armored constitutional right” in Spain, arguing that, before technological failures such as the current one, “the only thing we have left is our real sovereignty, which is money in our pocket, tangible and free of bureaucrats.”

Perez called the Spanish unity to “recover the light” and avoid that “a bureaucrat with a switch” controls their freedom, mobility and security.
