Femsa agreed with AMMI, a subsidiary of Millennium Capital, to sell its plastic solutions operations for 3,165 million pesos (about 158 ​​million dollars) including debt.

He indicated that the agreement is an additional step in the continued execution of the Femsa Forward plan, which was communicated in February 2023.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the coming months, according to a statement.
