Almost 184 thousand people accredited in the FOVISSSTE have been benefited with credit liquidations and restructures, interest formed, removes and payments, according to government information.
The executive member of the institution, Jabnelly Maldonado Meza, updated in the National Palace the advances in housing and the social justice program.
“Under this program and in the framework of the same, we have delivered records in 22 entities of the Republic and in the next few days the benefit letters will begin through the Mexican postal service. It is a benefit for those people who were not settled by the credit, but they had condoms of interest, debts and with this we resolve their financing,” he said according to a statement.
The official also presented advances from the Housing for Welfare, coordinated by the Ministry of Agrarian, Territorial and Urban Development, and in which Fovisste converge (with 100,000 housing actions projected in 18 entities of the country), the Infonavit, the National Housing Commission and the National Sustainable Soil Institute.
He said that there is already just over 30 hectares suitable for housing and a first authorized property in Atlixco, Puebla.

The head of Sedatu, Edna Vega Rangel, informed that there are 300 thousand homes in process and there is a reserve of public and private land for 900 thousand, with the aim of starting the construction of almost 400 thousand homes this year, of which 9 thousand correspond to Fovissste.
Regarding credits, Fovissste reported an advance of 63% of its annual goal, with 21,417 financing granted, equivalent to an economic spill of 23.4 billion pesos and an average amount of 1.09 million pesos per credit. Among the most benefited sectors are education (54.4%), health (17%) and public safety (6.7%).
Likewise, 5,923 credits have been allocated to state workers through the Fovisste Women initiative, with an investment of 6,621 million pesos, strengthening female patrimonial and financial inclusion.
Regarding the National Strategy for Regularization and Recovery of Testimonials, the Fund has resolved 16,052 cases, in addition to 38,230 mortgage cancellations, actions that grant legal and patrimonial certainty to families. 135,584 contact records within the National Data Update campaign have also been updated.
