The Secretary of Anti-Corruption and Good Government, Raquel Buenrostro, reported that there is a trial in London for failure to deliver ventilators by an English company, according to a report from the news agency Quadratín México.
The official explained that the IMSS Bienestar (formerly the Wellbeing Health Institute) maintains a lawsuit against the company VIVA Enterprise for the crime of deception, for not delivering 1,000 ventilators purchased during the pandemic, and claims 41.4 million dollars plus interest.

He added that the period for providing evidence ends in November and the hearings will be held in December.
