Transportes LIPU, a subsidiary company of the Traxión Group, was fined and disqualified from signing and participating in contracts with states, municipalities, agencies and entities of the federal administration.
“The agencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration, the federal entities, municipalities, the public entities of each other, as well as the territorial demarcations of Mexico City, are informed that they must refrain from accepting proposals or entering into contracts with the LIPU Transport company,” reported the Anti-Corruption and Good Government Secretariat.

The subsidiary of Traxión, a transportation and logistics company listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), will not be able to participate in public contracts for nine months and is obliged to pay one million 296,420 pesos.
According to the department in charge of Raquel Buenrostro Sánchez, the sanction was imposed on her by the area of responsibilities of the Internal Body of the Welfare Secretariat, because she failed to comply with the requirements to formalize a contract.
“He did not deliver the Certificate of Fiscal Situation, Infonavit Form 32-D,” details the Anti-Corruption Secretariat. The document is mandatory to prove compliance with tax and social security obligations granted to your employees.
The contract for which Transportes LIPU is disqualified was awarded on March 4 by the Ministry of Welfare to provide transportation services for operational personnel for a maximum amount of 9.8 million pesos, valid until December 2025.
Four companies participated in the public tender LA-20-411-020000999-N-4-2025, but three were disqualified for not meeting technical requirements, so Transportes LIPU was the only viable offer.
The company’s proposal was the most onerous, with a daily cost of 63,170 pesos, which represents an extra cost of 17,152 pesos per day compared to the lowest offer presented in the process.

LIPU Transport’s active contracts with the government are not compromised by this measure, only that it will not be able to sign more or participate in others.
So far in 2025, the firm has secured at least two additional federal contracts. One with the Ministry of Economy, for up to 3.7 million pesos and another with the National Water Commission for up to 985 thousand pesos, both for the transportation of personnel.
The company is active in seeking contracts with the federal public administration. Since 2013, Traxión’s subsidiary has benefited from 69 contracts for an amount exceeding 100 million pesos, according to data from the government purchasing portal Compras MX.
Traxión, by Aby Lijtszain and Bernardo Lijtszain Bimstein, was founded in 2011 and listed in 2017 on the BMV. The corporate group brings together brands such as Redpack, MyM, Autotransportes Egoba, as well as Medistik and Avior.
