The Ministry of Economy announced the beginning of an anti -dumping investigation into ammonium sulfate imports from China, regardless of the country of origin.
The decision, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, occurs after a request for a national producer that argued that these imports were carried out under alleged conditions of price discrimination, negatively affecting the Mexican industry.
According to the resolution, it was determined that there are sufficient indications to consider that fertilizer imports have caused damage to the national production branch.
