“The rate of victims, according to the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) in Mexico City, for every 100,000 inhabitants, in 2024, is 10 homicides and is 60% lower than the homicides that Washington has, which has more than 27 homicides in 2024 per 100,000 inhabitants,” said a conference.
