The “Yucatecan Riviera” has begun to gain ground among developers and investment groups most attentive to the country’s sustained growth. Unlike other consolidated tourist areas, this coastal strip is distinguished by its long-term vocation, its privileged geographical conditions and the potential to host projects with a more comprehensive and differentiated approach. Today, investing in this region is not a speculative bet, but a decision supported by real indicators of transformation.

In this consolidation process, the company founded by MBA Gerardo Herrera more than two decades ago has focused on developing housing communities with design, functionality and tangible value. Its trajectory in the Mexican southeast not only responds to housing demand, but has sought to anticipate new ways of living, investing and generating well-being.

With this vision of sustainable growth, Mayakuná Luxury Group was born, a proposal that increases the reach of the firm by integrating high-level hospitality, beachfront experiences and an investment model designed for those looking for more than a property: belonging to a lifestyle. Under this brand, GH Corporativo consolidates a new stage in its history, with developments that combine luxury, exclusive access and an accurate reading of the high-profile market.

The official presentation of this membership took place at the World Trade Center in Mexico City. The event brought together key figures from the country’s business and tourism ecosystem, including Marcus Dantus, investor of Shark Tank México and founder of StartUp México, who gave the conference “Build your financial freedom.” Also participating was Ma. Carolina Pinheiro, vice president of Development for Latin America at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, who formalized the global union to operate two anchor projects in the region under the Wyndham seal.

This strategic collaboration translates into the Wyndham Sisal Kokai Puerto and Wyndham Telchac Kokai complexes, both integrated into Wyndham’s global network. The decision not only strengthens the value proposition, but also guarantees international standards of operation and service. These developments will also generate jobs in the region and contribute to strengthening the state’s tourism sector.

The location is also part of the message. Sisal, with its status as a Magical Town and its still virgin environment, and Telchac, one of the beaches with the best infrastructure in the region, offer complementary scenarios for the development of high-level experiences. Both destinations have beach clubs, residential areas and a robust set of amenities designed to integrate comfort, nature and exclusivity in a single concept.

One of the most innovative elements of this initiative is the Mayakuná Membership, a proposal that breaks with traditional hospitality models. Divided into three levels —Amber, Jade y Onyx—, offers everything from preferential access to clubhouses and hotels, to gastronomic experiences, complimentary accommodations, private transportation, exclusive floors, reserved areas and personalized concierge service. Each level is designed to respond to different user profiles, without losing consistency in the quality of care.

Membership is not an accessory product, but the heart of a strategy that seeks to build customer loyalty through tangible benefits and a real sense of belonging. Unlike a vacation club or a simple real estate asset, Mayakuná proposes a hybrid system: institutional support and continuous access to valuable experiences.

This differentiating approach is part of what has allowed Mayakuná Luxury Group to consolidate high-level alliances. Beyond infrastructure, its business model is based on three pillars: long-term vision, execution capacity and trust with strategic allies. This combination has been key to moving towards international-scale projects with first-rate partners.

The growth does not stop in Sisal and Telchac. The group is already preparing a new development in Valladolidscheduled to launch in 2026. With this project, Mayakuná will expand its presence to the east of the state, integrating a new cultural, historical and gastronomic component to its portfolio. The incorporation of Valladolid reinforces the purpose of building a complete ecosystem, with presence in key points of the state.

For the team behind Mayakuná Luxury Group, what is underway is not only a territorial expansion, but the consolidation of a legacy. The goal is not to accumulate properties, but to generate community, raise standards and position the Yucatecan Riviera as a new benchmark for tourism and high-level real estate investment. And on that path, Mayakuná is emerging as a brand with a global vision and firm roots in the Mexican southeast.
