Leaders naturally, subjective sometimes even imperceptible arise in every organization to set objectives, add efforts, influence, motivate, they are necessary, relevant, fundamental for things to work, personalities and wills are synchronized and establish order and coordination among other things.
However, leadership – participating – the politician is always vulnerable to abuse, corruption, mutant transformation of the positive to the negative toxicity zone where everything good is buried, where the collective is suspended and personal ambitions end up imposing themselves by temptation, bad handling, excesses, vices, complicities and drunkenness of power.
The greatest vulnerability of bad leaders lies in the excesses of their own personality and character, not being able to control the explosiveness of their resources, that their strategies are reversed against them and their inability to administer what their persuasion assets once were, conviction, convincing precisely leadership.
It is common to see how that character that ever won admiration, respect, consideration and affections of his followers only the ashes of a shadow remain that is now a reason for criticism, isolation, animosity, rejection, resentment, claim and repentance, cause of all evils. How to recognize when the leader has passed to the toxic side?
- They become self -centered, arrogant and exclusive. They boast of their position, which was previously harmony now sows division, segregation, rejection. They no longer help, on the contrary, they want people to serve and support them to their very bad jokes.

Loyalty must be blind and absolute (who dares to contradict them will regret it). They cannot trust anyone, they are unable to delegate everything they concentrate and monopolize.
- Autocratic. Democracy is a thing of the past, the toxic political leader does not want opinions, he does not accept criticism, negative comments or censorship, yes, he exercises them against all. Here I send myself, the people are just a discourse reserve, it is remembered when it is useful, it is mentioned when it represents votes and is consulted when the approval figures must be made up.
Realism, objectivity, statistics, controls? Do not ask any of that, here things happen magically, in a multiverse to which only those who remain in the social payroll of artificial support, the media submitted and the influential voices of pay.
