The ICEMéxico University opened the national call for investors and entrepreneurs interested in participating in the expansion of its network of 100 university campuses, strategically distributed in the most dynamic economic regions of Mexico.
The project, backed by an initial investment of 300 million pesos, seeks to promote a new higher education model linked to the productive development of each region, aligning academic training with real opportunities in the labor market.
“This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs who want to be part of the country’s educational change, but also generate a solid financial return. Each ICEMexico node is a virtual university campus with centralized operations and a proven model that combines education, productivity and economic growth,” said Dr. Christian Gabriel Ríos Rodríguez, founding rector of the institution.
An educational and business model with real impact
Unlike a traditional franchise, the ICEMexico University Node model grants an exclusive license per region, guaranteeing each investor to operate in their territory without direct competition.
Each node will have a local linking center, from where officially valid master’s degrees, labor certifications and applied consulting services aimed at companies, entrepreneurs and professionals will be marketed.
The university centrally manages the entire academic, technological and administrative platform, while the investor leads the commercial operation and regional linkage, with the institutional support of the ICEMexico network.
“Each university campus not only represents a business opportunity, but also a cell of economic development for its region. At ICEMéxico we believe that education is the new axis of productive investment for the country,” highlighted Ríos Rodríguez.
Winning regions and return on investment
The University Nodes will be located in the 100 most populated and productive cities in Mexico, with priority for regions such as Bajío, the industrial north and the tourist southeast. Each campus requires an investment from 2.5 to 8 million pesos, depending on the region, with financing options and co-investment schemes.
According to the financial projections of the model, each node can
recover your investment in less than 12 months, with an annual return that
ranges between 60% and 200%, depending on the level of student recruitment and services
business.
“Each student who takes a master’s degree at ICEMexico not only transforms their future;
It also boosts the economy of its surroundings. Our programs are designed
to generate social mobility and local development, and that turns each node into a
regional growth ecosystem,” added the rector.
A new generation of purpose-driven investors
The call is aimed at entrepreneurs, consultants, academics and leaders
locals who wish to become licensed partners of ICEMexico and operate a
university campus in your region.
The application process includes a personalized briefing and a financial and operational profile review.
Selected investors will receive:
• Exclusive territorial operation license.
• Academic-commercial training and support.
• Access to the ICEMexico national network and its technological infrastructure.
• Strategic support in marketing, institutional linkage and expansion.
Official presentation and registration
The official presentation of the program will take place on October 21 in the Chamber of Deputies, during the Forum “Higher Education, Promotion of Formal Training and Labor Skills within the Framework of Educational Relevance”, where ICEMéxico will present its vision of a new national educational policy.
Those interested in learning more about the call can register starting October 6 on the university’s official website or attend the virtual information sessions that will be held throughout the month.
“Today, investors look for projects that combine purpose and profitability. The education of the future is not financed with subsidies, but with vision, leadership and commitment. At ICEMéxico we invite you to be part of that story,” concluded Ríos Rodríguez.
