The famous American actor Johnny Depp returns to the big screen with ‘Day Drinker’, a film in which he shares cast with Penelope Cruz and who is his first great film project after his legal disputes with his ex -wife, Amber Heard.
Lionsgate presented on Monday the first advance of this film, which began its production this week in Spain, with an image in which the actor of ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ is observed in the role of a “mysterious guest” on a private yacht.
Depp appears in the Canyo image, with a beard and blue eyes, wearing a blue suit and with a glass of whiskey in his hand.

The film tells the meeting of the App character with the waitress of a private yacht, played by Madelyn Cline, who will unexpectedly be involved with a criminal embodied by Cruz.
This is the fourth time that Cruz and Depp share as protagonists of a film, after having worked in ‘Blow’, ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’ and ‘Murder on the Orient Express’.
The director of ‘Day Drinker’ is Marc Webb, better known for tapes such as ‘500 Days of Summer’, which starred Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt in 2009, or the most recent real action version of ‘Snow White’
