José Medina Mora Icaza is the sole candidate for the presidency of the Business Coordinating Council (CCE), the organization confirmed this Tuesday.
The business leadership detailed in a statement that during the registration of candidates, only that of José Medina Mora Icaza, who was proposed as a unit candidate, was noted.

The CCE added that in accordance with its statutes, the National Council will be informed about the result of the registration on November 14, in order to make way for the period for presenting proposals by the candidate, scheduled for November 14 to December 5.
During the second week of December, the Ordinary Annual General Assembly will be held, a space where the election and change of presidency will be formalized.
