Juan José Sierra Álvarez, president of the Employers’ Confederation of the Mexican Republic (Coparmex), He assured that today Mexico can no longer continue to be polarized or confronted among compatriots, which is why they will criticize visions that distance themselves from national unity.
“Coparmex will always have a purposeful proposal, it will be an ally of those who promote the development of the country and it will be critical of visions that distance us from national unity,” he stated.

“We need unity to face the great challenges of our time, both internally and internationally,” declared the business representative.
“I am convinced that together we can build a better Mexico, a Mexico where companies not only survive, but prosper; where young people have the possibility of achieving their dreams, where women have the same opportunities and develop their potential and where we all walk united in that same vision of the country.”
The leader of the employers’ union recalled that Coparmex was born in adversity, which motivated the birth of a country that suffered very difficult economic and social political conditions.
“Since our founding in 1929, we have overcome important challenges, as well as creating a united, solid, independent Coparmex and we have been determined actors in the construction of a freer, fairer and more prosperous Mexico,” he said.

The president of Coparmex said that in recent years they have worked decisively to strengthen the Business Centers and we come from an internal electoral process that united us even more.
“Our presidents, in the 105 cities in which we are present, today will be fundamental actors in the integration of MSMEs, in the promotion of the Inclusive Development Model, in social structuring with all actors, in the defense of our principles and values, and in the promotion of the common good,” he noted.
Coparmex once broke the paradigm in the relationship between employers and workers, and jointly presented a New Work Culture, recalled Juan José Sierra Álvarez.
Now will be the time to integrate micro, small and medium-sized companies, but also their collaborators and their families into a single agenda to build a better Mexico for all, indicated the president of Coparmex.
“Our strength lies in each of those small businesses that still do not feel represented; in their collaborators and their families, who still feel far from businessmen, in the young people who represent the present and future of our country.”

“We will work for a Mexico in which everyone has access to decent employment, a Mexico in which companies can grow in an environment of security and legal certainty, and in which the rule of law is the pillar that guarantees equal opportunities. ”,
Juan José Sierra Álvarez stated that they will demand transparency and respect for institutions and the implementation of public policies that benefit companies, especially MSMEs, which are the engine of our economy.
The president of Coparmex pointed out that he will seek dialogue and agreements with the government of Claudia Sheinbaum, as well as point out everything that goes towards the concentration of power and institutional dismantling.
“With that strength, today we are one Coparmex, determined to build one Mexico, with a firm agenda and clear proposals: an institution that will seek dialogue and agreements that are beneficial to society,” declared the businessman.
“It will also be necessary to point out everything that goes towards the concentration of power and institutional dismantling or against freedom, democracy and the dignity of the person,” he commented.
