With the traditional Night Bullfight of Lights, this Saturday, October 19, from 8 p.m., the Plaza de Toros ‘La México’ will host a unique and moving cultural event, which unites bullfighting tradition with deep spiritual symbolism.

On this special occasion, each bullfighting fan will receive a kit consisting of a candle and a prayer, elements that will transform the experience into something beyond the bullfighting spectacle.

In this way, during the Night Bullfight of Lights, the artificial lighting of the ‘La México’ Bullring will go off at some point, plunging the place into a solemn and emotional atmosphere.

For the occasion, the arena will be covered with a sawdust mat, along which the procession of the Virgin of the Rosary will pass, accompanied by the light of the candles held by the attendees.

The bullfighting poster will be graced by the Mexican matadors Arturo Saldívar and Diego Sánchez, as well as the Spanish bullfighter Fernando Robleño, who will confirm the alternative.

The corresponding livestock farms will be represented by six irons; Villacarmela, Santo Tomás, Fernando Lomelí, Santa Inés, Los Encinos and Santa María de Xalpa.

In this way, the Night Bullfight of Las Luces together with the wind music of the Bullfighting Band of the square, will raise the atmosphere, while the lines will be illuminated in a spectacular way with thousands of lights that will shine in the dark to enjoy an evening unforgettable for the fans.
