“You’ve found us a brownstone, said, ‘You want it? It’s yours,’” Lily Allen sings on her newest album “West End Girl,” which details the dissolution of her relationship with actor David Harbour.

Now, that brownstone is going to be somebody else’s.

Allen and Harbour found a buyer for their home at 381 Union Street in Carroll Gardens, according to StreetEasy. The townhouse had a last asking price of $7.3 million.

Allen and Harbour, who married in 2020, listed the home for just under $8 million on Oct. 26, 2025, two days after Allen released her album that all but confirmed the couple’s breakup. The pair dropped the price to $7.3 million at the start of this year.

Compass’ Carl Gambino had the listing and Compass’ Todd Lewin brought the buyer. Gambino did not respond to a request for comment. Lewin declined to comment.

Allen and Harbour bought the home for $3.4 million in 2021. (Allen also sang that they “found ourselves a good mortgage,” which appeared to be the case. The couple had a $2.5 million loan with an initial interest rate of 2.3 percent, according to the public records).

Spanning 22 feet wide, the late-19th century brownstone features five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It also has three fireplaces and a gym in the finished basement.

Designer Billy Cotton, who was mentioned by name in the title track, outfitted the home with colorful, patterned wallpaper and ornate tiling on the floor. The living room leads out to a private backyard, which has a sauna and cold plunge.

The full-floor primary suite features a sitting area with a fireplace and dual walk-in closets. The garden level has an additional guest suite, which also has direct access to the yard.

Shortly after Harbour and Allen closed on their home, Allen debuted on London’s West End in “2:22 A Ghost Story.” Harbour, who has been working as an actor for three decades, broke out in his role on Netflix’s “Stranger Things,” which finished its final season at the end of last year.
