Bacis Mining Group declined to denounce the theft of a tractocamion with 33 tons of gold and silver concentrate, according to the Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office.
The theft would have been perpetrated near the city of Guadalajara, on the Durango road to Puerto Manzanillo, however, given the refusal to file a complaint, the fact will remain in Limbo, according to a note from the Quadratín Mexico agency.
In a statement, the Prosecutor’s Office reported that the mining company that publicly announced the alleged robbery of minerals, which were transferred in a heavy load unit by a federal route, declined to file the complaint.
He explained that a person came before the Public Ministry on behalf of the transport company, and accredited the property of the vehicle, which has a federal registration.

The company has a different business name from the mining company that spread the alleged robbery.
