Washington, (EFE) .- Elon Musk, who said goodbye this Friday as an advisor to President Donald Trump, questioned the professionalism of The New York Times after publishing that the tycoon has allegedly consumed a high volume of drugs.
When asked about the subject, Musk avoided commenting on the content of the article and lashed out at the newspaper, which he accused of having a history of publishing false information related to the alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential elections, in which Trump was winning.
“Is it the same publication that won a Pulitzer prize for false information about the Russiagate? Is it the same organization? I think so!”, Said Musk, who immediately gave way to another reporter to ask him a new question.
According to the New York newspaper, during last year’s electoral campaign, in which Musk actively supported Trump, the richest man in the world would have consumed drugs in a “much more intense way than was known.”
According to anonymous sources cited by the newspaper, the consumption of narcotics by Musk “went far beyond the occasional.”

Among the aforementioned substances are ecstasy, psychedelic fungi, stimulants such as Adderall and a amount of ketamine so high that it would even have begun to affect its bladder.
The newspaper pointed out that it is not clear if this alleged high level of consumption continued after Musk was appointed in the new executive as leader of the Government Efficiency Department (Doge), responsible for cutting public spending.
