🏆 Residential: Two deals at $8 million were the top of the residential list for today. A single-family home at 1010 East Eighth Street with 2,551 square feet sold in Ocean Parkway. Joseph Benhaim, an Executive VP of InMocean, purchased the house from Yosef Hakoun.
🏆 Residential: A sponsor-sale condominium at 1289 Lexington Avenue in Carnegie Hill sold for $8 million. The developer Zeckendorf Development sold the unit to Nehal J Madhani and Deepa Patil. Jill Bernard with Brown Harris Stevens had the listing.
🏆 Commercial: The Maimonides Medical Center in Borough Park was the largest commercial transaction today. Welltower sold the 206,714-square-foot hospital for $151.9 million to Remedy Medical Properties.
🏆 Commercial: The second-highest commercial sale was $38.1 million for a 43,365-square-foot office building at 26 Bleecker Street in NoHo. Planned Parenthood sold the 7-story property to Izaki Group Investments.
📊 Commercial: An apartment building today at 480 Audubon Avenue in Fort George went for $5.3 million. DJB Realty sold the 63-unit apartment property to Jack Geula.
