There were 227 transactions totaling $393 million recorded in New York City over the previous 24 hours before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025.

🏆 Residential: A Billionaires’ Row sponsor unit marked the top home sale recorded in the city. Darcy5066 LLC dropped $46.7 million on a condo at Extell Development Company’s 50 West 66th Street in Lincoln Square. The five-bedroom unit spans 6,942 square feet, pricing the deal at more than $6,700 per square foot.

🏆 Commercial: The priciest commercial real estate transaction recorded in the city was for a development site, which currently is home to a one-story building, at 28-12 41st Avenue in Long Island City. The price was $7.1 million. The seller, an affiliate of Lily Guo’s iCross Capital, bought the site in 2021 for $6.2 million. The property’s new owner is an LLC linked to Aditya Ajaykumar Shah and Palwinder Shah.

📊 Residential: Barbara Corcoran, founder of the Corcoran Group and a “Shark Tank” investor, scooped up a penthouse at 1016 Fifth Avenue for $16 million, the co-op’s asking price. The seller was a trust. The pad has three bedrooms, a library and a terrace. Carrie Chiang with Corcoran represented the buyer, and Serena Boardman with Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller. Corcoran recently sold another penthouse in the Upper East Side for $13.5 million.

📊 Residential: Bruce Harting, a financial executive, and Carole Divet Harting shed a co-op at 1185 Park Avenue in Carnegie Hill. The buyer was the Pevaroff Cohn 2006 Family Trust, with Lisa Pevaroff, Gary Cohn’s wife, as trustee. Gary Cohn is an investor and former director of the U.S. National Economic Council. The trust paid $6.6 million for the 3,400-square-foot unit, which the Hartings had purchased in 2013 for $5.9 million. The latest transaction appears to have been off-market.

📊 Residential: A trust linked to art advisor Paola Saracino Fendi purchased a co-op at 14 East 75th Street in the Upper East Side from Jonathan and Marjaleena Berger for $6.5 million, the asking price. The three-bedroom unit has a semi-private elevator landing, three and a half bathrooms and Central Park views. The sellers listed it for sale in June. Sloane Square’s Amy Tucker Meltzer had the listing.

📊 Residential: Eric and Kellee Joost — he is the CEO of insurance brokerage CAC Group and she is an angel investor and communications executive — shed a condo at 256 West 10th Street for $4.6 million, the asking price for the unit. The buyer was Chase Lerner. The Joosts paid $3.5 million for the West Village pad, which has one bedroom, one and a half baths and a balcony, in 2014. Compass’ Clayton Orrigo and Stephen Ferrara had the listing.

Correction: Yesterday’s newsletter incorrectly described the nature of ATCO’s transaction involving 630 Third Avenue. ATCO will still have a stake in the building, which is now also owned by The Davis Companies and Tribeca Investment Group.
