The president of the Board of Directors of the Permanent Commission, Gerardo Fernández Noroña, announced that he will file criminal complaints on Wednesday and request the lawlessness of the PRI legislators who assaulted him, according to a report by the Quadratín agency.

Flanked by senators of the dome of Morena, PVEM and PT, the still outgoing president of the Senate anticipated that they will take legal measures due to the physical blows and injuries suffered by his collaborator Emiliano González, who appeared with collar and a bandaged arm, and who also recorded La Gresca.

“You did not see a confrontation, what happened here, is a very serious event. It is for the first time in the parliamentary history of the country, a physical aggression to the president of the Permanent Commission,” said the morenista.

Fernández Noroña said they will deliver videos to the authorities.

“Yes I want to say: I don’t know how old Alejandro Moreno is, but he is a young man and well prepared physically; I am already an older man, I am 65 years old,” he compared.

“The first physical aggression came from Noroña”: ‘Alito’

PRI Alejandro ‘Alito’ Moreno justified the trifulca that was armed at the end of the last session of the Permanent Commission on Wednesday, according to a Quadratín note.

“That is clear: the first physical aggression came from (Gerardo Fernández) Noroña,” he accused.

“He launched the first push and did it for cowardly. Morena broke the agreement of the Chamber and Noroña was exhibited in his baseness,” he added.

The lawsuit between Alejandro Moreno and Gerardo Fernández climbed and came to physical contact with blows, jaloneos and pushes.

In La Gresca at the former Senate headquarters, the PRI deputy, Carlos Gutiérrez Mancilla, also intervened, who also pulled and threw a jackpot to the morenista.

Through his X account, Alito said there was an approved day.

“Minutes before reaching the corresponding point, Morena changed him to his convenience to shut us up and prevent the opposition from pronouncing. His obligation was to give me the word and they did not,” he said.

The PRI said that it was not an isolated event or an accident, but part of a Morena strategy to impose silence and control.
