There were 232 deals recorded, totaling about $401 million, on Friday, June 27. 

🏆Residential: The top residential sale recorded in New York City was for a West Village condominium unit. A trust scooped up a 5,600-square-foot, five-bedroom condo at 150 Charles Street for $16.5 million or roughly $2,900 per square foot. The seller was a company managed by Rita Kalimian Sakhaie of the Kalimian real estate family. The unit last traded for $11.5 million a decade ago and went on the market in January for just under $18 million. Douglas Elliman’s Josh Rubin had the listing.

🏆Commercial: The top commercial deal recorded in New York was for four lots used for parking for $60 million in the Bronx. Two companies linked to developer Joel Braver sold the sites to Soundview Empire LLC. The lots are in between four apartment complexes between Boynton Avenue and Morrison Avenue.

📊Residential: A sponsor unit at Extell Development’s 50 West 66th Street in Lincoln Square sold for $9.5 million. The buyer was FourServe FFJM LLC. The four-bedroom residence spans about 3,200 square feet, pricing the deal at just under $3,000 per square foot. Corcoran’s Hilary Landis and Beth Benalloul had the listing.

📊Residential: Douglas Kahn, as trustee for the Joan Kahn 2012 Residence Trust, parted with a co-op at 812 Park Avenue on the Upper East Side for $9.2 million. The buyer was Nicolas Ibanez. The duplex measures 4,100 square feet. The seller put it on the market in September with Douglas Elliman’s Sabrina Saltiel for $9.9 million.

📊Residential: Katherine Gottwald-Patten and Oliver Patten, managing partner at Sherburne Partners, scooped up a co-op unit at 61 Jane Street in the West Village for $8.3 million from Rachel Franzblau and Daniel Brand. Sotheby’s International Realty’s Jeremy Stein represented the sellers, who listed the five-bedroom pad in January for $8.8 million.

📊Commercial: In Bay Ridge, an apartment complex known as The Ridge at 7410-7420 Ridge Boulevard traded hands for $24.4 million. The seller was a company tied to the LeFrak Organization, which owned the property for decades. The buyer was an affiliate of HF Capital.

📊Commercial: A 10,000-square-foot development lot at 147-16 94th Avenue in South Jamaica traded hands for $9.9 million. The seller was a holding company for the estate of Rita Stark. The buyer was a company tied to Moses Freund’s VAJA Group, which took out an $8.1 million mortgage for the purchase. The lot consists of up to 100,000 buildable square feet as of right or up to 120,000 square feet with inclusionary housing, according to LoopNet. It’s also located in an Opportunity Zone.
