Partners Poaches Houston Team From Cushman & Wakefield

Houston-based commercial firm Partners Real Estate scooped a seven-member team from Cushman & Wakefield for its office agency leasing practice in Houston. Chip Colvill, Michael Anderson, Win Haggard and Damon Thames joined as equity partners. Brad Beasley, Diana Bridger and Connor Saxe joined as senior vice presidents. Partners has offices in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Atlanta.

Edge Realty Partners promoted Micha van Marcke to managing principal for Houston. She has been a principal with the firm for seven years and previously worked for Transwestern, leading retail investment sales. She will be responsible for finances and performance of the office, as well as mentoring broker teams and recruitment.

The Signorelli Company, a developer based in the Woodlands, tapped Greg Wattson as its senior vice president of commercial development. Wattson spent the two years prior as senior director of development for Houston-based McCord Development

HPI hired former JLL Senior Managing Director Matt Montague as executive managing director in Fort Worth, the Dallas-based real estate firm’s first Fort Worth hire. Montague joins former NFL quarterback and HPI Partner Colt McCoy, who opened the office in February, a news release said. Montague specialized in tenant representation for office, industrial and land transactions at JLL for nearly 17 years. 

Dallas-based NAI Robert Lynn Commercial Real Estate Services added two members to its Houston industrial team: C.E. “Trey” Erwin III and Joshua Carl, formerly principal and associate, respectively, at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in Houston. 

Erwin joined as executive vice president and Carl as vice president. NAI Robert Lynn opened its Houston office in early 2023.

CBRE Group’s Dallas-based subsidiary Trammell Crow Company hired Sean Wolff as a senior vice president in Austin.
