There are a wide variety of building materials in Pokèmon Pokopia, and you’ll need to make use of nearly all of them to see your adventure through to its conclusion — and to make the world look prettier, of course. One of these is Bricks, which you’ll need to craft some sturdier items and structures as you begin shifting away from shacks and shelters.
It’s very possible you’ll be a bit confused about how to score more Bricks. After all, the primary way of obtaining them will require you to gather a different material first, then take it to an appropriate Pokèmon for them to do a bit of work for you. But we’ve got what you need to know below, so don’t worry too much. Here’s how to make Bricks in Pokèmon Pokopia.
How To Get Bricks In Pokèmon Pokopia
To get Bricks in Pokèmon Pokopia, you’ll first need a Pokèmon with the Burn specialty. You’ll befriend Charmander very early in the game, meaning you shouldn’t have any issues there. However, there are a variety of other fire-based Pokèmon with this specialty, so you’ll have no shortage of options as you progress in the main story.
Secondly, you’ll need to obtain some Squishy Clay. You can find some of this in the caves in Withered Wasteland, but you’ll also find a lot of it throughout Bleak Beach. Just use your Rock Smash on the clay blocks to obtain this resource. If you’re having any trouble finding the clay blocks, see the image above for what they look like.
Once you’ve obtained some Squishy Clay, take it to any Pokèmon with the Burn specialty. Show them the Squishy Clay, choose “Make me some Bricks” from the menu when prompted, then select how many Bricks you’d like made. This will take some time, so revisit this Pokèmon a little while later to pick up your Bricks.
