The Mexico Consumer Protection Office called to review just over 2,000 Ford brand car units, for possible windshield engine failures that could reduce visibility and cause an accident.
The Federal Consumer Prosecutor’s Office (Profeco) explained that the call to review applies for the Bronco Sport models year 2023-2024, Maverick Model Year 2023 and Modang Modang Mach-E Year 2023.
The call, specified is “because the windshield wiper engine could miss the sealant between the roof and the gear housing. With this, the water would enter the windshield wiper engine, causing it to stop working, in addition to being reduced or lost the visibility,” he emphasized.
