Héctor Amaya Estrella, president of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP), said that the Government is doing everything to end the “Bill party” and ghost companies, which evade and avoid the payment of taxes.
“It has been trying to make the party decrease its intensity, what we can see is that there has been a decrease in recent years in relation to the topic of bills,” he said.

The accountant said he does not speak of the invoices, but “we have noticed that order has been placed on the subject.”
“I could not tell you whether or not to end at all, but the president and her cabinet are working hard for that,” he said.
She recalled that the president recently said that with the work of the new Supreme Court and new reforms there will be greater and better results in fighting invoices.
During his Mañanera conference, Sheinbaum reported that there are 1,500 investigation folders against invoices.
“There must be an improvement and walk towards that party is over,” he said.
He asked the government to fight that crime with technological tools and without falling into abuses of authority.
He said that the “bad practice of false invoices” persists to avoid and evade taxes.
He stressed that with the reform so that it was an informal preventive detention the evasion of taxes greater than 7.8 million pesos advanced, although the initial measure was later withdrew by the Supreme Court.
“In the theory, not because the right of audience is respected, what is pending is in the application, excesses can be presented and the taxpayer will have to look for alternatives in the media,” said Rodolfo Servin Gómez, director of Dissemination of the IMCP.
“The proposal is not an excess because the audience guarantee right is respected to show the legitude of their actions,” he recalled.
In the issue of income, the President of the IMCP stressed that although there are low levels of growth in the economy, there are historical collection levels.
With the deductions update proposal there would be greater economic activity with an increase in the collection of income tax from 2 to 3 percent, said Servin Gómez.
“A better performance in tax policy in Mexico in favor of all taxpayers should be sought,” added Héctor Amaya Estrella.

He emphasized that the fiscal framework for the next year grants stability and certainty with the aim of promoting economic development with a historical maximum in tax collection for 15.1 percent of GDP.
