Ritz-Carlton Houston Taps Redeavor Group for Marketing

The developers of Houston’s first Ritz-Carlton locked in a sales team charged with bringing one of the city’s priciest residential offerings to market.

Deiso Moss and Cleary Interests tapped Karla Dupre, alongside Redeavor Group, as the exclusive sales representatives for The Ritz-Carlton Residences Houston, according to the developers, the Houston Business Journal reported.

Dupre, co-founder of San Antonio-based Derive Development Group — which is not involved in this project — brings more than two decades of luxury high-rise experience across major Texas markets and abroad. Her résumé includes marquee towers such as DC Partners’ Allen Residences in Houston, The Arts Residences in San Antonio, The W Austin and The Omni in Fort Worth.

Redeavor will handle broader sales and marketing efforts on behalf of Deiso Moss and Marriott’s Ritz-Carlton brand.

Deiso Moss announced its partnership with Marriott on Sept. 10, confirming Ritz-Carlton’s return to Houston after a 27-year absence. The building, rising at 2120 Post Oak Boulevard in the Galleria district, promises “timeless architecture” and a level of hospitality the developers say Houston hasn’t seen before.

Designed by Pickard Chilton with Ziegler Cooper as architect of record, the 44-story tower is expected to climb more than 600 feet, with interiors by Houston-based Rottet Studio. The program pairs 156 hotel rooms and 114 residences.

The project revived a delayed proposal from Deiso Moss for a 43-story mixed-use tower on the same site. Deiso Moss secured a bridge loan from Northwind Group for $26.1 million in 2022 before the project stalled out.

The smallest units will span 2,200 square feet with views spanning the Galleria and Uptown.

Resident-only amenities include a private motor court, lobby and elevator bank, along with optional private garages. Owners will also have access to another 50,000 square feet of hotel amenities via resident-only entry points.

The project marks Ritz-Carlton’s sole Houston presence and just its third Texas location. The brand last operated in the city at River Oaks until the late 1990s, when several U.S. properties lost the flag.

The Post Oak development enters a Texas market where Ritz-Carlton is expanding on multiple fronts.

In The Woodlands, Howard Hughes is developing a standalone Ritz-Carlton-branded condo project — now topped out — offering roughly 40 floor plans across two 15-story towers connected by extensive amenity space.

That property includes lounges, private dining, a wine cellar, sports simulator room, lakefront fitness center and more than 1,200 feet of shoreline reserved for owners.
