The Spanish singer Rosalía is in Mexico to participate in several listening parties of her presentation of her latest album, LUX, which she assured is “inspired by holy women from around the world.”
“The album is inspired by holy women from around the world, I have spent a whole year just writing the lyrics, that is why the projection of the album has a lot to do with it,” he stated in a video posted on networks after one of the album listening events with followers in Mexico City.
Likewise, the 33-year-old Spaniard posted on social media videos of her dinner on Wednesday at a popular restaurant in Mexico City, where she enjoyed several typical Mexican dishes such as enfrijoladas, tacos and pozole.

The visit to Mexico coincides with the celebration of the Day of the Dead, one of the country’s great festivities.
More than three years after the success of “Motomami”, Rosalía releases “LUX” together with Columbia Records and Sony Music, an album composed of 15 digital tracks and 18 songs on vinyl and CD, in which artists such as Björk, Carminho, Estrella Morente, Silvia Pérez Cruz and Yves Tumor, among others, collaborate.
“LUX” will be published on November 7.
