Larry Rubin, president of American Society of Mexico (AMSOC), said that the United States economy will not be able to receive the factories or plants of the manufacturing industry that leave Mexico, because there is no labor or operators to take out and mobilize the goods.
“The United States unfortunately does not have labor to receive the plants that are in Mexico, more than 120 thousand carriers are also needed to get the products today from the plants in the United States,” said the representative.
“If we add additional plants in the United States that will arrive from Mexico, it is impossible for the required workforce to be,” he said.
He added that the United States needs 120 thousand carriers, which “is an imperative need that cannot be covered. ‘
The United States government and President Donald Trump know the problem in the manufacturing industry and in the transport of load, which is the lack of personnel, he said.
“We have been talking with organizations, such as the National Association of Manufacturing, which is in charge of industries in the United States, and they in turn have commented with the administration of Donald Trump and the United States Congress,” he said.

He pointed out that the lack of 120 thousand carriers represents a great challenge for the industry in the United States.
“And we do not see how it can be resolved soon, so Mexico plays a central role in trade with the United States, as long as you can offer competitive conditions for more companies to come and settle in Mexico,” he said.
He added that the Government of Mexico must give incentives for foreign companies to come to invest, as well as guarantee water supply, sufficient energy and positive safety conditions.
“That’s where we believe that the work of the United States ambassador to Mexico, Ronald Johnson, will be central to commercial growth between Mexico and the United States,” he said.

The president of the AMSOC recalled that the new United States ambassador to Mexico presented a plan to increase the commercial relationship.
He foresaw that investment plans with Mexico will continue to strengthen, but “we will see more limited ads.”
“Those who reinvested in Mexico will continue to do so as they had thought about previous years,” he said.
