Pop star Sabrina Carpenter has a five-show stint coming up at Madison Square Garden in October, and now she’ll have her own place to stay when she’s in the Big Apple.

An entity tied to Carpenter, who is on tour for her recently released album “Man’s Best Friend,” closed on a duplex at 108 Leonard Street for nearly $10 million, according to a loan document filed with the city. The mortgage on the unit is for $6.5 million.

The seller, Cassandra Grey, who owns e-commerce beauty site Violet Gray and was married to the late head of Paramount Pictures Brad Grey, purchased the home for $10.8 million in 2022.

The home was listed for $11.5 million last December before dropping the price to $10.5 million in February, after which it went into contract three months later.

Douglas Elliman’s Frances Katzen, who had the listing, declined to comment.

The 2,900-square-foot spread is connected by a private elevator and features four private terraces. The home comes with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

The great room is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the largest of the four terraces. Two secondary bedrooms on the first level each come with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace.

The upper level comes with two walk-in closets and the primary suite, which features a sitting area, another private terrace and an en-suite five-piece bathroom.

The unit comes with a private storage unit, and has private parking available for purchase.

The building, which served as the New York Life Insurance Company’s headquarters before being converted to condos in 2018 by the Elad Group, comes with a fitness center, resident lounge and lobby attendant.

A Douglas Elliman Development Marketing team, including Elena Sarkissian and Raphael De Niro, is heading sales for the 167 units at the Tribeca conversion.

One of those remaining units is the building’s “Clock Tower” penthouse, which hit the market in April asking over $19 million and is inside the landmarked building’s historic clock tower.

Carpenter joins a growing list of well-known buyers at the building.

In 2020, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman bought a two-bedroom apartment there for $3.5 million, while earlier this year, Alexandra Clancy, the widow of spy novelist Tom Clancy, purchased one of the building’s other penthouses for $21.4 million.

In 2023, an entity tied to Carpenter purchased a home in the Hollywood Hills for $4.4 million, according to property records.
