Grupo Salinas said that it is subject to fiscal extortion by the Government of Claudia Sheinbaum, after earlier this Friday the Federation’s Fiscal Attorney’s Office explained from the National Palace an alleged tax evasion for 74,000 million pesos to the SAT for different cases for 16 years.
“The debts presented at the morning conference are extortion from double, abusive and illegal charges by the corrupt Tax Administration Service with the eagerness to cover the gaps in the public finances left by the pharaonic works of the past sexenium,” he said in a statement.
After the exhibition of the Procurator Grisel Galeano at the presidential morning conference, the business group founded by Ricardo Salinas said that the state institutions were again used for “systematic harassment and political pressure” in order to shut it up and submit “critical voices”.
“The fiscal attorney, Grisel Galeano, was in charge of bringing tax extortion to improper levels of the rule of law or democratic governments,” he said.

In the message that accompanies the statement in the social network X, Grupo Salinas accused Grisel Galeano of following the instructions “of her bosses” Andrés Manuel López Obrador and Jesús Ramírez, former presidential vocker and current coordinator of advisors of President Claudia Sheinbaum.
32 judgments with 74,000 MDP in litigation
Galen presented at the morning conference what he described as the Modus Operandi of Grupo Salinas to evade the payment of 74,000 million pesos with the help of judges.
“This business group has 32 trials with more than 74,000 million pesos in litigation (…) are cases that are had in all instances of the Judiciary, from the Supreme Court of Justice, the Collegiate Courts, the District Courts and also in the Administrative Courts, the Federal Court of Administrative Justice,” he said.
“And unfortunately, yes, we have to accept it, as we saw last year in the Supreme Court of Justice, these matters when they were requested to attract, evidently, they had the support to delay their resolution. It is painful, but there is there this corporate force,” he added without referring directly to the company.

Grupo Salinas said that this Friday’s exhibition is a clear sample of the inheritance of former president Andrés Manuel López Obrador, who “always operated with attacks, slander and militant slogans from the highest tribune in the country against a successful and prosperous business group.”
He accused that the ex -president’s goal was to intimidate and silence those who criticize power and press judges to fail in the sense that suits the government.
Grupo Salinas said that as well as in “the times of the perfect dictatorship”, referring to the PRI regime, the current regime seeks to “bend justice through the rhetoric and not of the law.”
He added that from the National Palace tries to press judges and dictate the meaning of their votes.
“Thanks to the judicial electoral farce, justice in Mexico has become a mechanism of control and political pressure against critics and opponents. But they are true that they will not be able to bend; as we have always sustained: we will continue defending ourselves from the abuses that intend to impose and, regardless of how much they press us, they will not silence us!”

The president declared in her conference today that TV Azteca does not receive official advertising since last year, “they are also so angry, they are very angry.”
“How are we going to pay who owes taxes to the treasury?” He said.
He rejected the accusations that his government censures and that there are no freedoms: “How?!, If they are talking all day against us, all day, even with lies.”
“This is not a matter or the president, nor of the Government of Mexico, it is a matter of the people. Because those 74,000 million pesos (…) are from the people of Mexico,” he said.
