The SAT indicated that as part of the facilities and simplification of procedures, individuals whose tax obligations were updated by the tax authority to a different regime and whose income from the immediately preceding year did not exceed 3.5 million pesos, have the option of contribute again to RESICO as of January 1, 2025.
For this, it is necessary to present a notice of update of economic activities no later than January 31, 2025.
