Hollywood power couple Colin Jost and Scarlett Johansson have scored a deal on a Park Avenue co-op.

The pair bought Penthouse B at 1220 Park Avenue for $13 million, less than half its initial listing price of $28 million, according to public records.

The Wall Street Journal first reported the deal.

Johansson, who was the highest-paid actress in the world in 2018 and 2019, and Jost, a comedian and longtime “Saturday Night Live” staffer, have been married since 2020. Johansson is known for her recent roles in Marvel’s Avengers movies, and award-winning film performances in “Lost in Translation” and “Marriage Story.”

The sellers, Craig and Deborah Cogut, sold the unit for how much they paid for it in 2006. Craig Cocut runs a private equity impact-investment firm, Pegasus Capital Advisors, based in Connecticut.

The Coguts originally listed the home in 2018 before steadily slashing the price to its final asking price last September.

Douglas Elliman’s Lauren Muss and Sabrina Saltiel had the listing.

The triplex has six bedrooms across 6,000 square feet, along with views of Central Park and balconies off of its corner living room, according to the listing. The home underwent a two-year renovation, upgrading its finishes and mechanical systems.

It comes with five terraces, eight balconies and an oak-paneled library with a wood-burning fireplace.

The building, designed by Rosario Candela, dates back to the 1930s.

The sale is the latest uptown co-op trade below not just its asking price, but also its last sale price.

Earlier this week, a unit at 4 East 66th Street sold for $37 million after initially asking $55 million in 2022. Last month, Julia Koch, the widow of late billionaire David Koch, sold her 18-room co-op at 740 Park Avenue for $45 million, 25 percent off the price she sought in 2022.

And earlier this month, Grace Hightower, the ex-wife of Robert De Niro, sold her co-op at 88 Central Park West for $18 million after buying it with De Niro for $20.9 million in 2006.
