The Secretary of the Interior, Rosa Icela Rodríguez, reported this Friday that the dialogue tables with farmers’ organizations will continue after the approval of the Water Law, noting that these meetings will have the purpose of clarifying doubts and providing certainty about the new provisions, indicates a publication made by Quadratín México.
“The work tables will continue to address any doubts in this regard and give them all the confidence so that they can work in the field,” he declared.
Rodríguez also explained that this reform to the Water Law seeks to offer support and certainty, as well as prevent the hoarding of water resources.

Rodríguez celebrated the approval of the Water Law in the Senate, where the ruling obtained 85 votes in favor and 36 against.
