President Claudia Sheinbaum arrived in Canada on Monday to participate in the G7 leaders summit, where the country goes as a guest
Sheinbaum arrived this afternoon in Calgary on a commercial plane, after a scale in Vancouver, in which she represents her third trip abroad, after attending the G20 summit in Brazil in Brazil and the CELAC meeting in Honduras in April of this year.
The ruler will have activity this afternoon with a meeting with the Canadian Business Council, in that city of the West of Canada.
On Tuesday, its participation in the forum held in the Kananaskis holiday center will start, about 90 kilometers from Calgary, with the taking of the official photography of the G7, and shortly after it will attend a trilateral meeting with the president of the European Council, António Costa, and the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.

Subsequently, he will meet with the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, in an already scheduled bilateral encounter, and will later participate in the plenary of the G7, where international peace issues, economic cooperation, global security and climate change will be discussed.
Finally, he will meet with the German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and, finally, he will close his agenda with a bilateral meeting with the Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney.
Sheinbaum had announced that on Tuesday he would hold a bilateral meeting with his American counterpart Donald Trump, however, a few hours ago, the White House reported that due to the war between Iran and Israel, the American president will return this same night to Washington DC.
Sheinbaum travels accompanied by several members of his cabinet, including Foreign Minister Juan Ramón de la Fuente, the Secretaries of Economics, Marcelo Ebrard, of Security and Citizen Protection, Omar García Harfuch, of the Treasury, Édgar Abraham Amador.
The G7 will end its 51 summit on Tuesday after dealing with the situation of the global economy, trade and wars in Ukraine, the Gaza Strip and the conflict between Israel and Iran, among other issues.

Canada, as host of the meeting, has also invited the leaders of Mexico, Brazil, Ukraine, India, Australia, South Korea and South Africa to participate in some sessions.
