He added that the agreement signed between the business organizations and the governments of Guanajuato, Zacatecas and Aguascalientes establish a series of prevention and safety strategies for the construction of a safe corridor in the region.
Today any situation that violates security generates a direct affectation to the confidence of citizenship and the population, said the businessman.
“We are against any of these situations and ask to clarify the situation that arose (with the government officials of Mexico City),” said the business representative.

The president of the Concanaco Servytur recalled that he had contact and knew the work of Ximena Guzmán, private secretary of Clara Brugada: “There was a direct interaction for meetings, agenda, activities and we knew this person. It was very surprising (the crime) and we learned, when we were in a meeting with the Secretary of Tourism (Sectur).”
He added that the crime was very serious, so it is necessary to reach the last consequences.
“Hoteliers, restaurants and other entrepreneurs must promote good issues and issues registered daily in the Mexican Republic,” said Octavio de la Torre de Stéffano.

He said that Concanaco Servytur is developing a strategy with the Ministry of Citizen Security and Protection to identify the area of greatest risk, as well as the presentation of legislative initiatives to approve laws such as the one that combats extortion.
“The Extortion Law was a requested proposal to the president, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, which has already been approved, just as there is a plan to finish extortion problems in Mexico,” he said.
“The constitutional mandate to provide security to the population is exclusive to the government, because we no matter how much we want to carry out preventive activities are auxiliary. Who has the political power to provide all security measures is governments,” he said.
